Dirty Friday is a fun, two-hour introduction to wheel throwing.
You'll get your hands in the clay, learn the basics, and make something (or attempt to). Most importantly you'll have a laugh, let go of the week, and start your weekend right!
No experience needed. Bring your friends or come alone — either way you’ll leave with a story and feeling ready for your weekend.
Includes clay and all materials, aprons, wine and snacks!
We'll provide an overview of how to centre clay on the wheel, opening and pulling up walls. You'll end up with something that resembles a cup, or a bowl… and maybe a belly laugh or two.
Pieces can be glazed and fired for a finishing fee of $10 per piece. We'll take care of completing your pieces after you leave and let you know when they are ready to collect.
