What to expect
Things you don’t mind getting clay on. There will be clay on them. Bring an apron and old towel, as clay has a way of getting everywhere, regardless.
The use of all materials including clay and glazes is included in the course price, while kiln firing fees are additional, and vary based on how much you make and want to keep.
None at all for beginners courses, workshops, and Mud Club. For intermediate courses, you’ll need some prior experience — each course description notes what’s required.
Everything gets fired on site, usually within 4 weeks of your final session. You’ll be notified when your pieces are ready to collect.
